This blog is to acknowledge the recent incident of our flagship smartphone blasting while the user was using it. We are really sorry for the incident and all the treatment of the victim will be taken care of by our company.

What happened was not the problem of just one product, it was the failure of our company as a whole. We had tried and tested the phone through all the possible tests there are to make it a beauty that it is now and yet there was a loophole.

On the mistake, the people using our product should realise that what happened was not entirely the cause of our problem. When the company investigated the incident thoroughly we found that there were tampering marks on the back panel and the battery.

Our phones are sophisticated pieces of technology enclosed in a beautiful body. We kindly request the customers to not tamper with our phones. If you have any queries or complaint please feel free to contact our 24*7 customer service or our 2000+ outlets across the country.
